What FitLife collects

  • Your email address, used to sign you in.
  • If you sign in with Google: your name and email from your Google account. Nothing else.
  • What you log: workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, templates and custom exercises.
  • Your settings, like your weight unit and light/dark theme.

How it's used

Only to run the app for you: signing you in, saving your workouts and showing them back to you. FitLife has no ads, no tracking or analytics, and doesn't sell or share your data with anyone.

Who can see it

Only you. Each person's workouts are private to their own account, enforced by the database.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored with Supabase (database and sign-in) in the United States. The app is hosted on Vercel.

Deleting your data

You can delete any workout from its page. To delete your account and everything in it, contact the app owner and it will be removed.
